Job Description

  • You take over full responsibility for the expansion, further development and management of all People & Culture topics globally. 

  • You report directly to the founder and CEO and act as an essential member of the executive leadership team. 

  • You ensure an outstanding and unique people experience across all countries. 

  • You actively shape all strategies and processes relating to employer branding, recruiting, HR operations, learning & development, team happiness, compensation & benefits and our corporate culture. 

  • You serve as a strategic partner and advisor to the leadership team on all markets. 

  • You are are a passionate advocate of waterdrop’s culture and ensure that our values are embedded in all people experiences. 

  • You understand the strategic goals of waterdrop® and the critical role that People & Culture plays in achieving them.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of 10+ years experience in a leading People & Culture (or HR) role in a global organization. 

  • Extensive experience leading interdisciplinary teams. 

  • Experience managing rapid global growth and all the complexities that come with it. 

  • Experience building a high performing global organization. 

  • Entrepreneurial drive, high energy, hands-on mentality and a desire for continuous learning. 

  • You bring a high ambition and passion for People topics and impress with your positive problem-solving mindset.
