An experienced and dedicated HR enthusiast who will be instrumental in the further expansion and development of the international team at waterdrop.
Job Description
As Head of People & Culture (m/w/d) you provide comprehensive support in all HR-related topics to our international executives.
You take over the disciplinary and strategic leadership of the People & Culture Team and take care of the professional and personal development of the team members.
You work closely with our C-Level and you are the driving force behind the company-wide development and implementation of appropriate HR strategies.
You are responsible for the creation of meaningful HR KPIs and global measurement as well as the reporting of strategic HR measures such as KPIs, FTE, etc. to the CEO.
You lead the global employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding and individual development, to ensure the acquisition and development of highly qualified professionals.
You develop global HR policies and programmes that promote employee engagement, retention and professional growth and implement them internationally.
You identify global business needs and drive HR initiatives that support the achievement of business units and company goals internationally.
You oversee global performance management systems, employee relations and succession planning initiatives.
You promote diversity, equality and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive workplace that values individual differences and perspectives.
Requirements
Proven track of more than five years as an experienced HR Lead and HR Executive advisor, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Solid understanding of international employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
An analytical and accurate way of working, expressing HR needs and successes in numbers and reporting them to contribute significantly to the company's success.
Extensive experience in leading and developing a global HR team.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms, preferably Personio, ADP and Connecteam.
Strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively to drive global HR initiatives that align with business goals.

The minimum salary for this full-time position is EUR 80,000 gross per year. Depending on qualifications, there is a readiness for overpayment.
