We are looking to expand our team and are hiring an IT Security & Infrastructure Manager in Vienna.
Acting as the Information Security Officer at Speedinvest, by ensuring all legal requirements regarding IT and data governance are met and implemented
Performing regular security checks
Maintaining the Speedinvest tech stack. Including the research, planning and implementation of tools and platforms utilised in the operations of the company as well as a centralised purchasing function and developing a concept for a firm wide data integrity and data hygiene concept
Training of users as part of the implementation of any new systems/tools
Responsible for identifying technologies that support the company’s operational needs, as well as planning, sourcing and budget of the IT Infrastructure
Day-to-day management of all outsourced IT functions. Managing relationships with external IT providers to ensure consistent feedback, service delivery/improvement and priority management (e.g. discussing improvements & fixes, negotiating pricing & renewal periods, managing signing of contracts)
Managing the user permissions of all systems; assigning of access levels and rights to (new) employees
Updating and maintaining Inventory lists of firm-wide equipment
Onboarding of new colleagues to tech stack
5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
Business written and spoken English is a must, German is a plus
Previous experience in a regulated industry is a plus
Knowledge in regulations including GDPR is a plus

According to Austrian law, we are required to state a minimum salary for this position. The expected minimum salary for this role is EUR 60,000.00 gross annually. The salary will be a competitive package based on previous work experience, hence overpayment is possible.
