We are looking to hire a Team Lead Sales Partner Management to join our team working on the global expansion of our channel network in international markets. Develop and lead the team of sales partner managers.
Be responsible for achieving targets and revenue.
Bring a responsible, accurate and results-driven working style to the team.
Be the Interface between external partners and internal teams.
Provide a holistic support of sales partners, from acquisition to ongoing support in achieving targets.
Further develop existing partners and customer relationships.
Implement cross-country best practice approaches.
Be responsible for information management and preparation of relevant documents.
You have proven track record in international B2B partner sales, industry experience with (or are interested in) the IT, construction or real estate is a plus.
You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, with 2 years in a Team Lead position.
You have impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus).
You’re very comfortable working with PCs and are quick to pick up new software.
You have pleasure in customer contact and strong customer orientation.
You are team player, sociable, sales-oriented and interculturally proficient.
You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and have experience scaling up a channel partner department.

The annual gross salary for this position based on a full-time employment depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience ranges from € 63,000.- to € 80,500.-. This includes: full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme and public unemployment insurance.
