Job Description
As an International Transport Manager (m/f/d) you manage our global transports between warehouses, productions sites, suppliers and customers
You organize all customs related documents for smooth transportation to all countries and optimize customs processes within all locations (e.g. approved exporter)
You challenge current transport solutions and find suitable partners for our dynamic growth
You negotiate the best transport prices, set benchmarks and achieve fastest lead times
You contribute to the mapping of system relevant processes in the newly introduced ERP system
You support the logistics team in all daily business operations
Requirements
You have 2+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment eg a forwarding agency/carrier
You gained an extensive industry understanding and in-depth knowledge of lead times, best practices of FTL/LTL shipments and creative solutions for exceptions
You have experience with Incoterms and import from/export to various third countries with comprehensive knowledge of customs clearance including all formalities
You are well known for your strength in prioritization, ability to multitask and your roll-up-your-sleeves approach, willing to bring fresh and innovative ideas to life
You have an excellent command of English, both written and spoken - any additional language is a plus

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 43.000 gross per year. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
