Job Description

  • As a Senior Web Analyst (m/f/d) you track and analyze our customer data and provide actions to increase our overall business KPIs. 

  • You design and set up the tracking for our website, which builds the solid foundation for your analysis. 

  • You are responsible for the development of the analytics platform including dashboarding, reporting and data analysis. 

  • You conduct ad-hoc analysis of e-commerce data and ensure graphical representation of the insights using various visualization software (e.g. y42, Tableau, Google Data Studio or similar). 

  • You leverage AB-/multivariate tests and consistently facilitate the implementation of decided optimization measures closely with other teams. 

  • You support data-driven decision-making and evolve the process of data quality & automation. 

  • You work across teams to ensure data is viable and used appropriately for campaign objectives.


  • You have a finished Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, IT or any other related field. 

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Web Tracking, Data Analytics or similar. 

  • You have a solid experience with visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, y42, Tableau or any other BI front end. 

  • You have a proven track record of working with relevant tools, such as Google Marketing Platform (GA360), Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, etc. Knowledge of event-based customer interactions, A/B testing and sales funnel management. 

  • You have an established understanding of HTML/CSS and SQL. 

  • Your ability to prioritize and your structured & strategic working approach enable you to prosper in a fast paced, and results-oriented environment. 

  • You love to work with people from different teams and backgrounds and your profile is rounded off by your fluent English skills.
