As a (Senior) Retail Operations Specialist (m/f/d), you plan, coordinate and contribute to the retail marketing plans, updating and redevelopmeing of existing retail marketing events and plans
You are responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the sale of products and services in global retail markets.
You play a key role in managing and promoting the brand image and identity in global retail operations. eg. developing brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in brand message across different markets.
You collaborate with retail teams to develop effective merchandising strategies and concepts. This includes planning product assortments, optimizing product placement and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
You work closely with cross-functional teams. This includes coordinating product launches, promotions, and sales support activities.
You monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as sales, customer engagement, and marketing ROI. You prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
Demonstrated experience and success in retail marketing
In-depth understanding of the retail industry and current market trends
Expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to make business-oriented decisions
Experience in managing and strengthening brand identity and positioning
Knowledge visual merchandising, and in-store promotions
Analytical skills to measure and evaluate the success of marketing campaigns
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Teamwork and the ability to collaborate with various departments
Creativity and the ability to develop innovative marketing approaches
