Job Description

  • You will provide executional support for all our C-level and leadership team, collaborating with them on strategic projects to drive growth and scale the company

  • You will create power point and presentations to share, explain and create excitement around company initiatives

  • You will prepare and execute key leadership meetings and be integral part of facilitating them

  • You will report back to the Leadership team with detailed and accurate notes following any absence

  • You will support various ad-hoc company projects, such as event planning

  • You will provide data driven recommendations by accessing, analyzing, and synthesizing large data sets in order to define organizational processes and ensure best efficiency & productivity

  • You will conduct market and competitors’ analysis, assist with budget management, prepare management reports and support selected M&A activities.


  • You have at least two years of relevant work experience, preferably in a top consulting firm or a high-growth start-up

  • You have worked as an assistant, executive support or coordinator

  • You are proficient at converting complex topics into short, concise messages, and you are able to bring abstract concepts to life

  • You are expert in PowerPoint and Excel

  • You are an excellent communicator in English language, proactive, with strong analytical skills.
