Job Description

  • You work closely with the COO/CMO on all kind of operational and strategic projects and therefore, have a huge impact on the success of waterdrop. 

  • You act as the COOs/CMOs sparring partner at all times. 

  • You work closely with Marketing, Brand Activation, Sales and Operations as well as designated Product Managers (PMs). 

  • You serve as a key person when it comes to scheduling, coordinating and aligning on projects across teams. 

  • You master sales reporting independently and know how to analytically challenge calculations throughout all sales channels. 

  • You understand the strategic goals of waterdrop® and the critical role that you play in achieving them.


  • You have graduated from university/business school and were among the best in your year. Proven track record of 2+ years in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, ideally working in a similar project management role. 

  • Experience working independently and driving projects. 

  • Experience collaborating closely with multiple teams ensuring a seamless cross functional / cross team effort. 

  • High energy, hands-on mentality and a desire to continuously challenge the status quo. 

  • A high ambition and passion for marketing, sales and operations. 

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and know how to prioritise
