Job Description
are the first contact person in support for our customers and partners.
support our customers and partners in finding optimal solutions for their technical issues.
are responsible for analysing, troubleshooting and tracking support requests.
are acting as an interface between customers/partners and internal departments (development and product management teams).
continuously work on improving CELUM’s knowledge base.
Requirements
You have completed a technical degree (HTL, University, FH).
You have at least 3 years of experience working on similar positions.
You have good knowledge of Linux (RHEL, CentOS) and Windows.
You have experience with ticketing systems (Jira).
You have know-how of cloud platform technologies (Azure) – as an advantage.
You have strong analytical thinking.
You have the feeling that your English is the cream of the crop, you know we mean the yellow of the egg and you also are fluent in German.
You have a good sense of humor. Please!
