Job Description

  • As Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our (B2B and B2C) customers. 

  • You will provide phone and email support covering every aspect of the online creativity and productivity tools in the Meister Suite. 

  • As the voice of the company, your goals are to understand and answer customer inquiries in alignment with our excellent service standards. 

  • You will respond to customers quickly and efficiently while providing accurate solutions geared toward a high level of customer satisfaction. 

  • As Meister continues to expand Customer Support efforts and adjust underlying processes, you will have an opportunity to help shape the future of Meister through effective cross-departmental collaboration. 


Requirements

  • 1+ years’ experience. You have a proven track record in B2B + B2C support, preferably in a SaaS environment. 

  • Performance-driven. You understand what it takes to meet and exceed KPIs. 

  • CRM expertise. Your experience with CRM tools such as Zendesk enables you to help our business grow and maintain profitable relationships with our customers. 

  • All-round technical expertise. You have excellent computer skills and a thorough understanding of web technologies. 

  • Language skills. Your excellent written and spoken German and English helps bring Meister to the world. Other language skills are a plus. 

  • Proactive mindset. Your curiosity, resourcefulness, and ability to work independently help drive us on. 

  • Team spirit. Your outstanding skills in organization and communication don’t just fit Meister: they make us better
