We are looking to hire an Engagement & Internal Communications Manager to join our team in Vienna.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving employee engagement and internal communication to spread our company culture and common vision around the globe.

Design and execute our company-wide internal communications, engagement and events strategy, making sure that all team members onsite and remote feel encouraged to engage.
Bring our company culture and values to life around the globe, so that all employees understand and actively operate within the company culture.
Support business leaders in creating an effective communications strategy that delivers the right information, to the right audiences, through the right channels, at the right time.
Develop and manage internal communication channels, including new and innovative solutions and trends in internal communication, to gain maximum employee engagement across the organization.
Research and develop new ways to engage all team members in hybrid environments.
Analyze the effectiveness of channels to improve employee communications and engagement and provide insights on the most effective ways to reach employees around the globe.
Coordinate ad hoc company-wide announcements worldwide.
Coach and educate our leadership team and all team members and support an efficient remote work environment.
Ideally, you have a degree in Internal Communications, Media or Public Relations.
You already have professional experience in a similar position.
You have a highly structured and organized way of working with the ability to prioritize.
You have a sharp eye for detail and eagerness to design modern and creative communication material, slides and graphics.
You are proficient with technology and enthusiastic to learn new tools.
You have a strong ability to build relationships, influence and collaborate constructively with stakeholders across all areas of the organization.
You have the ability to multitask leading different projects and work under pressure.
You have outstanding communication skills meaning you are empathic and engaging with the ability to reflect our company culture.
You have outstanding written and verbal English language skills.

The annual gross salary for this position based on a full-time employment depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience ranges from EUR 28.700 to EUR 42.000
