Job Description
As our Talent Acquisition Team Lead you will be responsible for the entire recruiting process on a national and international level and you will therefore strongly contribute to our growth.
In this exciting position, you will lead our recruiting team in Vienna and be responsible for achieving our recruiting targets.
You already have experience in implementing HR process optimizations to reach outstanding KPIs in a fast-moving growth company and are motivated to exceed all set targets? Then you are the right person for us.

Oversee recruiting and employer branding in Vienna and our international entities.
Work hands-on and support the team in the entire operational recruiting process.
Identify optimization opportunities and lead the team in exceeding their KPIs.
Use modern recruiting approaches to ensure that recruiting targets are achieved.
Encourage each team member based on their individual strenghts and support everyone‘s personal development.
Create an atmosphere that contributes to the motivation of every team member.
Report to the Head of HR.
Requirements
You have a Bachelor‘s or Master’s degree in HR / Recruiting.
You have already gained several years of professional experience in international recruiting.
You have team lead experience and a proven track record in leading people to exceed their targets in a fast-growing start-up or scale-up.
You are results-driven and KPI-focused, ready to take ownership of your responsibilities.
You already have a large network in the start-up and scale-up environment.
You have strong communication skills as well as a high level of stress resistance and service orientation.
You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
You have excellent English language skills, German is a plus.
