You shape our accounting department and processes by taking ownership of debitors and creditors management
You manage incoming and outgoing payments and invoices using tools as DATEV and sevDesk
You review and document expense reports from our teams
You manage cost approvals in incoming invoices and prepare cost estimations documents
You communicate with our external tax consultant
You support preparation of monthly & annual financial statements as well as a dunning process
You have initial experience in accounting (internships are also valuable) with focus on creating invoices, payment allocation etc.
You feel confident in Excel and have an affinity for numbers
You can clearly communicate in both German and English
You are responsible and have an eye for details, you are proactive and look for improvements in existing processes
You are able to work in our modern office in the heart of Berlin with possibility to work from home few days a week
Experience in DATEV or any other bookkeeping tool is a plus but don’t worry – we will teach you everything!
