Job Description

  • Then this could be the job for you! As Customer Success Manager, Scale, you will help to keep our global customer base of 30+ million users happy. 

  • You will be at the sharp end of Renewal Management, contract extensions and building even stronger customer relations. 

Requirements

  • At Least 3 years’ experience in a B2B Customer Success / Account Manager role. 

  • Experience working for a SaaS company is essential. 

  • Ability to manage a large customer base and prioritize effectively (renewal management, contract extensions, customer relations). 

  • Ability to engage decision-makers and stakeholders in dialog in order to identify potential business opportunities. 

  • You have a positive outlook, a highly tuned sense of empathy, are passionate and driven, and are an exceptional team player. 

  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, other languages are a bonus.
