Job Description

  • As a Customer Success Manager, you will help our customers as they explore the Meister Suite, assisting with any technical issues. 

  • You will service a portfolio of high-end accounts and oversee customer retention and business growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience. You have a proven track record as a B2B Account Manager / Customer Success Manager / Sales Management, preferably in a SaaS environment. 

  • Sales mindset. Your experience in selling and negotiation (upselling/cross-selling products) and managing revenue goals will help Meister to grow, continually. 

  • Prioritization skills. You are able to cut through the noise and effectively manage a large portfolio of customers (renewal management, contract extensions, customer relations). 

  • Customer-driven. You know how to build strong customer relationships and can identify potential growth opportunities by engaging with key stakeholders.

  • Presentation skills. You have strong customer-facing skills that enable you to establish credibility with decision-makers and executives. 

  • Language skills. Your excellent written and spoken German and English helps bring Meister to the world. Other language skills are a plus.
