Why you will have a real impact
As our Account Manager your main responsibility is developing strong, long-term and trusting relationships with CELUMs customers. You know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales quotas and collaborate with our sales team to achieve thouse while keeping our clients satisfied and happy with our solutions.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customers needs.
Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet the customers needs as well as sales quotas.
Lead, orchestrate & coach virtual teams to execute satisfaction strategy have a constant learning mind-set.
Have a background in Customer success, Account Management or delivery is a plus.
Have executive communications, engagement and influence have 5+ years experience of selling to or consulting with customers.
Have experience to lead multi-cultural, diverse and remote teams across different disciplines.
Have a proven ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions.
Can effectively navigate through ambiguity and complexities related to client management.
Embody “we-before-me” and the “customer first” mindset that delivers long term success over short term returns.
Have the feeling that your English is the cream of the crop, you know we mean the yellow of the egg. And you are also fluent in German.
Have a good sense of humour. Please!
