Job Description
As a (Senior) Social Media Manager, you maintain, develop and optimise waterdrop®’s social media platform strategies.
You are extremely up to date on all things Social Content and know what the next piece of content will bring the most organic views.
You have an excellent eye for all things visual and you know how to write the perfect caption, you know how to engage customers through social content and you are the go-to person to learn about the newest Social Media Marketing trends.
You work closely with an extremely creative team, where ideas turn into content pieces extremely fast.
Requirements
You have a substantial experience of 3+ years in a similar role.
You have a proven track record of growing and retaining social audiences.
You have an in-depth knowledge of social networks’ best practices across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Pinterest.
You are experienced in establishing metrics, reporting and recommending strategies to achieve company KPI’s.
You can use Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Canva easily.
You have excellent written and oral communication skills, you are a native English speaker. Further languages are a big plus
