Job Description

  • We are looking to hire a Computer Vision Specialist to support us in expanding our product’s capabilities. 

  • You will be working in a team of data specialists to support our development team in all things computer vision, bridging the world of state-of-the-art research with industrial-strength software engineering. 

  • Work on research topics partly in collaboration with external research partners. 

  • Help us combine Building Information modeling (BIM) information and sensor data from mobile devices. 

  • Help solve tracking user positions in difficult and constantly changing construction environments. 

  • Make sense of traditional 2D floor plans on a large scale. Collaborate with the product development team to get prototypical work into production. 

  • Help build systems to generate training data for ML.

Requirements

  • Our ideal candidate has an MSc. in a scientific or engineering field. 

  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position. 

  • You have professional experience with at least one programming language, ideally C# and Python. 

  • You have a very good understanding of computer vision methods and experience with libraries such as OpenCV. 

  • You have experience with applying and training modern ML-based computer vision models. 

  • If you have worked with a 3D Engine (ideally Unity) then that’s a plus. 

  • Ideally you have experience in working with mobile device sensor data. 

  • You creative, communicative and feel comfortable starting projects from scratch. 

  • You have very good English language skills.

The annual gross salary for this position based on a full-time employment depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience ranges from € 37,100.- to € 63,000.-.
