Job Description
As a Senior in our Back-End, you will be bringing our products to the next level.
You develop and implement the coolest new features and also keep an eye on our infrastructure.
To top things off, you will also give guidance to our juniors and thus raise the bar for software development at Meister
Requirements
5+ years’ experience.
You know your stuff when it comes to software development with OOP languages.
Knowledge of programming languages. You know Ruby, Ruby on Rails and/or Elixir inside out. DevOps experience. Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a must.
Web technologies expertise.
You have a pioneering spirit that helps keep Meister at the cutting edge.
Leadership qualities. Your excellent mentoring and coaching skills allow you to lead by example and keep your team productive and happy.
Team spirit.
Your outstanding skills in organization and communication don’t just fit Meister: they make us better.
