As the Vice President of Marketing, you will be responsible for implementing the overall go-to-market strategy for Meister. You’ll work
cross-functionally with the Marketing team, the Executive team, the
Commercial Teams, Product and Growth in a fast-paced and rapidly
growing market. This opportunity is for an innovative marketing leader who
takes full ownership, is a team player, and knows how to deliver results in a
fast paced environment. This role reports directly to the Chief Revenue
Officer.
Job Description
Translate Meister's goals into effective integrated marketing
strategies and campaigns for key geographies, products, and
customer segments that support the achievement of monthly and
annual goalsLead the company on it's journey to having a world class 'Product
Led Sales' (PLS) go-to-market strategyBuild, inspire, and lead a marketing organization that delivers
against marketing goalsFocus on optimisation of Web and Direct Sales marketing funnel
Oversee the development and execution of thought leadership and
communications programsEnsure the Marketing function scales through successful crosscollaboration with Commercial, Growth and Product leadership
Develop and manage a global marketing budget, measuring and
optimizing marketing programs to ensure activities are effective,
efficient, and demonstrate ROI
Requirements
10+ years of SaaS ( similar to our business) experience across
marketing disciplines with a strong focus on performance marketing,
particularly demand generation, field marketing, and product
marketing for B2BMinimum 5 years of marketing leadership experience in a highgrowth technology company
Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to communicate
effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges and defuse
conflictStrong leadership skills with a proven track record of hiring,
mentoring and retaining world-class marketing talentExperience with PLS and or PLG is a must!!
Strong budget management and marketing measurement skills with
a track record of managing budgetsAbility to organize, remain productive, manage multiple projects
simultaneously, and have an immediate impact in a high-growth,
fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentMust be a creative, flexible, hands-on marketer that’s comfortable
rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever it takes to get the job
done even in the face of time, budget, and resource constraintsExperience developing customer-facing content and sales
enablement materialsExperience with sales and marketing automation systems
