Job Description

  • As (Senior) Logistics Manager Wholesale (m/f/d) you coordinate all wholesale related processes in the warehouse to guarantee a smooth execution of daily warehouse operations.

  • You prepare a long and short-term assembly plan and maintain the assembly orders in the ERP system to ensure that the assembly schedule is executed in a timely manner and within all quality parameters.

  • You plan the procurement/replenishment of packaging materials with different suppliers to achieve the assembly plan.

  • You are responsible to inform the warehouse about upcoming deliveries from production and adapt the assembly plan and priorities accordingly.

  • You monitor, assemble and process orders for wholesale customers and proactively address backorders to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

  • You support the development of a new assembly planning strategy to allow the warehouse to work more efficiently.

  • You maintain the master data of the wholesale SKUs in our ERP system (Oracle Netsuite).

  • You define, maintain and track warehouse KPIs related to operational efficiency and cost savings.

  • You develop and implement action plans to improve performance and achieve defined targets.

  • You take E2E ownership of the logistical execution of wholesale projects and ensure a successful roll-out.

  • You foster and support cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders (departments such as supply chain, warehouse, tech, finance, legal and sales).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management with at least 3 years of proven experience in supply chain, logistics departments or related fields.

  • Excellent skills in MS Office or Google Sheets with strong analytical, structured and critical thinking skills.

  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI and ERP systems (Oracle Netsuite).

  • Multitasker with absolute hands-on mentality, excellent priority setting and core focus on problem solving.

  • Absolute reliable team player with strong communication skills, a structured way of working and willing to go the extra mile.

The minimum salary for this full-time position is EUR 50,000 gross per year. Depending on qualifications, there is a readiness for overpayment.
