Job Description
You are actively responsible for the management of customer projects in the area of digital solutions on a strategic and tactical level
You build successful long-term relationships with our customers, and you discover new business opportunities
You ensure that NETCONOMY becomes a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the client
Your focus is to create constant business value by developing strategic roadmaps and setting the strategic and tactical direction with our clients
You establish systems and platforms for focused collaboration and problem solving to drive results internally and externally
You get things done proactively and create value
You work in an international team and help to implement innovative, sustainable solutions for international customers
Requirements
You have professional experience in both project and program management, especially with enterprise customers and CX focus
You are experienced in large-scale software development projects (also familiar with scaling-frameworks such as SaFE, LeSS)
You work in a customer-oriented way, and you can build and develop customer relationships systematically
You have a strong understanding of projects and processes alike (you understand the big picture)
You are a systematic, structured person and an expert in self-management
Your presentation, argumentation and communication skills are outstanding (you are able to tell a convincing story, clear and focused to the point)
Your German and English skills are business fluent (Level C2)

Note in accordance with §9 Abs. 2 GlBG:The minimum monthly salary is € € 3.551 / month when employed full-time as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. The actual salary depends on experience, qualification and education.
