If expansion is your passion, then you’re in the right place: as Meister’s Director of Account Management, you’ll shape and develop your team of Account Managers as you maximize the potential of our existing customer base.

Job Description

Reporting directly to our Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll design processes and playbooks for long-term success, partnering with our commercial management to ensure successful expansion in line with our goals. You’ll need to be on your game, but by understanding customer needs, you’ll find the perfect ways to match their desires to our tools.


  • 5+ years’ experience. You’ve led account management teams before, in a growing international SaaS company at Director level or higher.

  • Sales driven. You’ve got a track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as a manager and individual contributor in sales.

  • Strategic thinker. You’re a visionary with experience in process design, tactics, playbooks, and policies that deliver long-term, replicable success.

  • Leadership qualities. You can guide and motivate a team in a fair, honest, and performance-driven style that inspires those around you to improve.

  • Growth mentality. You bring a high level of business acumen through your understanding of how revenue decision makers think.

  • Language skills. You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.

  • Communication skills. You can express yourself clearly and eloquently in business.

  • Customer mindset. You can find endless ways to meet customer needs, which you use to assist your team throughout their strategic sales cycles.

  • Team spirit. You can work collaboratively across the organization to achieve your goals.
