Job Description
You are actively responsible for the management of customer projects in the area of digital solutions (budget, time, scope, resources).
You develop a common project vision with the customer, advise and lead the customer in the project, identify and leverage potentials.
You actively live the role of the Product Owner in the Scrum process and are part of the delivery team.
You capture and describe the concrete requirements (user stories) and manage the product backlog.
You ensure the achievement of the customer value and the implementation quality.
You ensure economic and technological sustainability.
You create reliable monthly financial reports and forecasts and are responsible for ongoing project controlling and budget tracking.
You work in an international team and implement innovative, sustainable solutions for international customers.
Requirements
You have a completed degree (TU, FH or similar) with focus on IT or Business Informatics.
You have relevant professional experience in the role of Product Owner or Agile Project Manager, preferably in the area of Customer Experience, Web & Mobile.
You are familiar with the business aspect of project management and ideally already had business responsibility within a project.
You are familiar with agile methods such as Scrum and preferably already have practical experience with them.
Your technical skills in the mentioned areas are an advantage.
You are an open, communicative and balanced personality and can lead the customer and the team with competence, heart and humor.
You have a basic willingness to travel (approx. 15-20%) and intercultural competence.
German and English language skills (min. level C1-C2) complete your profile.

Note in accordance with §9 Abs. 2 GlBG:The minimum monthly salary is € 3,285.00 gross / month when employed full-time as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. The actual salary depends on experience, qualification and education.
