Job Description
Meister’s new senior expert in the field of email & CRM, you will be the driving force behind our marketing automation campaigns, helping to spread the word about Meister’s stunning online productivity and creativity tools.
You will define successful strategies, manage our customer data, set up and optimize automatic email and CRM campaigns as well as corresponding landing pages.
You will handle monitoring and reporting activities.
All email and CRM campaigns for Meister’s tools will be in your hands, so if you’re ready to play a major role in creating a top-performing marketing automation system, we’d love to hear from you!
Requirements
4+ years of experience: You know your stuff when it comes to managing email and CRM campaigns and have experience with B2C email funnels.
All-round technical expertise. You are familiar with platforms such as HubSpot and Mautic as well as B2B/lead generation and marketing automation systems.
Campaign management skills. You can plan, execute, monitor and optimize automatic email and CRM campaigns in your sleep, and you’re a whizz at creating high-performing landing pages for your email campaigns.
Project management skills. You know how to manage internal teams, squads and external contributors.
Analytical expertise. You have an analytical, highly data-driven mindset and experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Design skills. You are familiar with tools such as Adobe CS, Canva or similar, video editing skills are a plus.
Empathy with customers. You have a good instinct for and thorough understanding of customer journeys.
Copywriting skills. You are creative, have a keen eye for detail and understand what it takes to create outstanding content.
Language skills. You have excellent written and spoken English. German and additional language skills are a plus.
Team spirit. Your outstanding skills in organization and communication don’t just fit Meister: they make us better.
