Job Description

  • As a Senior Product Manager of the Supplier Tools & Engagement team, your job is to empower our more than 2,500 suppliers to increase their revenue while delivering outstanding services to our Travelers and partners. TourRadar partners with the largest tour operators globally all the way to small boutique suppliers run by passionate owners, so your careful assessment of the highest impact opportunities is needed.

  • The tools that our operators use help them make sales, provide customer support to eager travelers, and optimize their product content to be displayed on our Marketplace.

  • In addition to being an individual contributor, you will also have people responsibilities managing 2 Product Managers working in the Supply Pillar on Operator Booking Integrations and Content Feed Imports. Your responsibility is to co-create the whole pillar’s strategy and actively coach and empower your teams to work on the biggest opportunities in this space.

  • Contribute to the product team with a solid knowledge of the various constraints of the business (such as marketing, sales, service, finance, legal, and privacy).

  • Contribute to the product team with a deep knowledge of our users and customers, and the data about how our customers engage with our products.

  • Track industry trends and the competitive landscape as they pertain to her product.

  • Collaborate closely with the product designer and engineers to discover effective solutions and then work together to deliver those solutions to the market.

  • While each member of the product team may be accountable for a specific risk, we look for product managers that understand that consistent innovation is the result of each member of the product team contributing their passion and their ideas.

  • While we empower our product teams to figure out the best solutions to the problems that need to be solved, we also hold those teams accountable for the results.  Shipping is necessary, but not sufficient.  We look for product managers that are not afraid of signing up for results, even when this means they have to work through others to achieve the necessary results.

Requirements

  • You have experience in working with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.

  • You want to lead people in addition to being an individual contributor and you have experience coaching people and defining measurable goals.

  • You have strong skills in conducting qualitative and quantitative user research.

  • You have experience launching products within the online marketplace space, preferably in the travel industry.

  • You have strong empathy and communication skills and an ability to effectively partner with a variety of stakeholders.

  • You have a strong analytical mindset and you’re comfortable using data tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, SQL, and more.
