Job Description

  • As a Senior Key Account Manager (m/f/d), you develop strategies to maximize sales and profitability for all retail accounts in our Benelux markets - including evaluating performance of competition and implementing strategy to increase market share. 

  • You own the P&L for retail accounts. 

  • You oversee and develop a team of 2-3 Key Account Manager. 

  • You maintain and grow accounts to continue current trade and introduce new product areas to drive incremental sales. 

  • You provide accurate forecasting for each retailer at the SKU level. 

  • You develop strong, effective relationships with internal & external stakeholders. 

  • You manage the administrative duties of Sales Team in compiling business information, tracking project timelines. 

  • You keep track of lead and delivery timelines. 

  • You have full budget responsibility.


  • You have extensive experience (6+years) in a national sales function with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. 

  • Your experience in the food or beverage industry is essential. 

  • You bring an organized, results and relationships oriented approach to landing/managing key accounts and maximizing sales. 

  • You have an existing network in the retail industry and access to a buyers’ network. 

  • You are able to work in a fast-paced environment, understand & build new processes and interact well with all cross functional departments. 

  • You have strong analytical and Excel skills.
