Job Description

  • In this exciting role you’ll be the first point of contact for most of our potential customers who’ll be reaching out to us. 

  • You will respond to email requests, answer questions about our products on the phone, set up and monitor trials, and conduct discovery calls to find out about prospects’ pain points. 

  • If you think you’ve got what it takes to wow customers and close deals, then we’d love to hear from you. 

  • You will be part of a team of dedicated Account Executives who will support you in your personal development, but who will also count on you to help them grow their pipeline.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of work experience in a similar role (a proven track record would be a bonus). 

  • Your ability to take ownership of your tasks rivals that of a seasoned industry veteran. 

  • You have an exceptional ability to build a rapport with customers; your soft skills are exemplary, you can win trust quickly, you are reliable, honest and authentic. 

  • Your genuine interest in helping others is driven by a natural curiosity to understand people, their problems and how they think. 

  • You have an instinct for connecting with the right people internally that enables you to provide customers with effective and quick solutions. 

  • Native German level and excellent English language skills are a must. 

  • You are hard-working, have a keen eye for detail, and know how to structure your day effectively. 

  • You are enthusiastic about working in a performance-driven team energized by a culture of gender-balance and equal opportunities.
