Job Description
In this exciting role you’ll be the first point of contact for most of our potential customers who’ll be reaching out to us.
You will respond to email requests, answer questions about our products on the phone, set up and monitor trials, and conduct discovery calls to find out about prospects’ pain points.
If you think you’ve got what it takes to wow customers and close deals, then we’d love to hear from you.
You will be part of a team of dedicated Account Executives who will support you in your personal development, but who will also count on you to help them grow their pipeline.
Requirements
At least 1 year of work experience in a similar role (a proven track record would be a bonus).
Your ability to take ownership of your tasks rivals that of a seasoned industry veteran.
You have an exceptional ability to build a rapport with customers; your soft skills are exemplary, you can win trust quickly, you are reliable, honest and authentic.
Your genuine interest in helping others is driven by a natural curiosity to understand people, their problems and how they think.
You have an instinct for connecting with the right people internally that enables you to provide customers with effective and quick solutions.
Native German level and excellent English language skills are a must.
You are hard-working, have a keen eye for detail, and know how to structure your day effectively.
You are enthusiastic about working in a performance-driven team energized by a culture of gender-balance and equal opportunities.
