As a Performance Marketing Team Lead for paid search, you will build up the team and take over the management and delivery of our paid search, shopping, display & video campaign strategy across channels and markets.
You monitor, analyze and optimize your teams’ performance towards key business metrics.
You implement on-going analyses and develop strategies and actionable objectives and key results with your team.
You contribute to and foster the creative processes, using industry best practices and a creative feedback loop.
You work cross-functionally with Analytics, Data Science, Product and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are set up for success.
You are part of the leadership team and decision making process to push the business forward.
You are the main point of contact for our stakeholders at Google and cooperating agencies.
You can reflect on 4+ years experience in paid search and hands on campaign management and at least 2+ years experience in managing teams.
You are an expert in building, running & optimizing Google search, display, shopping & YouTube campaigns.
You are known for your strong analytical skills.
You bring a testing mindset with experience running A/B tests across copy, landing page, bidding & targeting.
You are a proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills, ownership mentality and the ability to strategize and push your projects to the next level.
You love organizing yourself and your team, and show a high level of commitment.
You enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Your experience with ecommerce is a big plus.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 70.000 gross per year on a full time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
