Job Description

  • As our Team Lead Brand Management, you‘ll ensure that PlanRadar connects to the hearts and minds of our audiences. You’ll oversee the creation of multi-channel content that tells our story through effective partnerships, platforms and formats.

  • While constantly considering our customers in the market, your target will be to increase PlanRadar’s brand recognition and ensure that our online and offline messaging works harmoniously.

  • You will Be responsible for brand development, planning, and execution that increase Share of Voice. 

  • Own communications across owned and earned channels including referral programs, social, PR and brand marketing. 

  • Lead the PR Manager and Engagement & Internal communication Manager to develop and manage communications for different audiences. 

  • Structure awareness campaigns through online and offline channels, by bringing hands-on experience of multi-channel campaign deployment. 

  • Develop a brand measurement matrix for a commercial, results-driven environment and track KPIs over time. 

  • Be a creative partner for our internal creative team in setting brand communications and positioning. 

  • Partner with global marketing teams to ensure brand consistency in all global markets. 

  • Gather feedback from sales and analyse user and market behavior to define positioning.

Requirements

  • Our ideal candidate is tech-savvy storyteller, an expert in using language to create impact. 

  • You have a proven track record in developing brand campaigns and playbooks to elevate a fast-growing company to the next level. 

  • You have experience in leading cross-functional, global teams to an aligned brand voice. 

  • You have an understanding of brand measurement models and experience in applying them in a B2B environment. 

  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, with 2 years in a Team Lead position. 

  • You are experienced in fostering excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 

  • You have impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus). 

  • You are highly experienced in multi-channel content creation (web, print, mobile, tablet).
