Manage and drive business opportunities. As a key success factor for ctrl QS, you drive and manage the overall strategic client development and opportunity management for multiple clients across one of our key accounts groups.
Business development and growth planning. As an individual contributor, you are confident in developing and driving a growth program for the account, identifying potential opportunities, assessing opportunities, and defining the account strategy and growth plan.
Relationships Building. You act as a binding link between the Business Development Team, Account Managers, Account Directors, and Clients, building strong relationships and acting as a longtime partner.
Client development. Through an in-depth understanding of our client’s pain points and value-matching of our services, you will drive the client’s growth, strengthen, and expand relationships. You develop and apply strong growth and persuasive tactics for conversion and negotiation.
Ensuring quality. You act as a quality gatekeeper to ensure the highest quality objectives are met.
You have 4 – 7 years of relevant experience in account management and business development in the digital services field, B2B service experience is required (agency or consultancy).
You have exceptional stakeholder management and client communication experience.
You are an excellent communicator and a genuine people person who has the ability to develop strategic and collaborative relationships.
You have a value-driven approach and the ability and willingness to break down complexity into practical and actionable insights and see changes as chances.
Your English language skills are excellent; German is a big plus!
