Job Description

  • Build and develop the global Display and Programmatic advertising strategy. 

  • Conceptualize, setup and manage campaigns across multiple international markets with attractive budgets using leading DSPs and various Display advertising networks. 

  • Analyze the results and effectiveness of campaigns towards key business metrics to deliver actionable insights and recommendations within regular reportings. 

  • Contribute to the creative process, including providing industry best practices and a creative feedback loop. 

  • Process optimisation and further development of the daily workflow through continuous challenging and use of simple automations. 

  • Development and implementation of a testing roadmap for the continuous improvement of partner selection, setup, targeting, bidding, creatives, etc. 

  • Maintain and develop relationships with display media partners and 3rd party tech providers.

Requirements

  • You have 3+ years of dedicated experience in Display and Programmatic advertising with a proven track record of successfully implementing ad technologies, tracking and reporting in an ecommerce environment. 

  • You have completed education in the field of marketing, business, communication or similar. 

  • You can demonstrate expert knowledge in targeting and bidding via DSPs, ideally with DV360 and The Trade Desk. 

  • You have experience running advertising via Google ads (GDN, YouTube) as well native ads via leading networks (e.g. Taboola, Outbrain). 

  • Experience in Affiliate Marketing as well as Direct Display Buys is a plus. 

  • You have a testing mindset with experience running A/B tests across copy, landing page, bidding & targeting. 

  • You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 

  • You are able to work independently with strong organizational skills, ownership mentality and the ability to prioritize tasks. 

  • You are goal driven and work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 45.000 gross per year. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
