We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to oversee all marketing operations of the company and develop its marketing strategy and vision. You will be in charge of a team of enthusiastic marketing professionals and will direct our marketing efforts towards great success. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for the job, able to employ unique marketing techniques. He/She will be a skilled marketing strategist and able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others. The goal is to ensure the company’s marketing efforts are successful in helping it outperform the competition.
Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and acquisition objectives.
Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.
Oversee all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) and ensure brand consistency.
Expand our market presence – Create the leads our sales teams need to achieve their goals.
Orchestrate internationalisation and prepare proper expansion into new geographies.
Represent the company in internal and external events and work closely with our product focused CEO on that.
Communicate our unique mission to our existing customers, convert customer relations into growth relations.
Liaise with colleagues from Product, Design and Sales to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies.
Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget.
Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements.
Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects.
Represent marketing as part of the Management Board and with this be involved in every major business decision.
Proven experience as Head of Marketing or similar position.
Strong understanding of international B2B SaaS business.
Excellent leadership and organising skills.
Up to speed with current and (online) marketing techniques and best practices.
Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Paid Acquisition campaigns (Google Adwords, LinkedIn & Facebook Ads).
Ability to apply marketing techniques in digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels.
Marketing Automation skills are a big plus (HubSpot).
