Job Description
As our Senior Events Manager, you will be accountable for the success of our global events program.
You’ll oversee the entire events approach, from planning to activation to create the highest impact for PlanRadar at sponsored events.
In addition, you will establish our owned events program to create new opportunities to engage with potential and existing PlanRadar customers.

Increase the visibility of the brand and the product through targeted face-to-face events in 15+ core markets.
Manage the events program end-to-end, from researching new opportunities, to planning and execution and post event feedback and results.
Establish systematic processes to scale the events program to new markets and opportunities.
Establish a PlanRadar owned events series, eg. Breakfast Briefings or Roadshows.
Work in collaboration with the content marketing team to develop collateral, messaging and event-based campaigns.
Apply measurement and analytics to deliver event against expected results and key performance indicators.
Provide creative, impactful ideas to events to add new and innovative perspectives.
Requirements
You have exceptional organisation and operational skills, a deep understanding of event marketing strategy and operations, and validated experience executing best-in-class events in a B2B environment.
You have a proven track record of successfully managing a high-volume events portfolio in a fast-paced environment.
You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position.
Excellent written and spoken communication ability working across different cultures and initiating negotiations where needed.
Ability to manage time and multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverable.
You have impeccable spoken and written skills in business English skills, German is a plus.

The annual gross salary for this position based on a full-time employment depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience ranges from € 43,400.- to € 56,000.-. This includes: full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme and public unemployment insurance.
