We are seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager (m/f/d) who is passionate about promoting operational excellence and optimizing business structures in growing environments! As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving projects and change, improving processes and implementing effective business practices to support the continued growth and success of our organization. Job Description
You create an impactful understanding of the daily operations status quo as the right hand to our COO
You own the operational excellence of our internal systems and processes in a fast-paced and changing client service environment
You build, optimize and roll out business processes and operating models that meet our objectives and ensure compliance
You understand the nuances of change, how it impacts the organization and manage it accordingly
You work with our Managing Directors in strategic execution and proactively address potential issues in terms of quality
You establish KPIs and implement them in various functions and business units
You monitor financial data and propose solutions to improve profitability
You are willing to drive, own and facilitate important planning processes
You communicate internally to ensure maximum transparency & alignment
Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in the digital services field, including significant experience process and operating model design, optimization and implementation
B2B service experience (agency or consultancy)
Project Management and Change Management skills
Independent and structured with strong expertise in PowerPoint and Excel (command of Tableau or
Power BI is a plus)
Excellent English communication skills, German is a plus
Strong analytical skills and proactive, impact-driven mindset
Ability and willingness to break down complexity into actionable insights
