Job Description
As the first Product Manager Growth for Meister, you will take charge of the user journey from activation to retention to conversion.
It’s a special role, and perfect if you’re ambitious and want to contribute to Meister’s key initiatives, alongside our founders and leadership, to drive progress on our ambitious goals.
Every day, you will work with a team of outstanding engineers and designers to build and ship products that people simply love to use.
You will also cooperate with Business Intelligence, Marketing, Sales, and the other Product Managers to make informed, data-driven decisions.
To thrive in this new role within a fast-moving company, you should enjoy navigating unstructured environments and ambiguity.
More importantly, you need to be proactive and take charge of the evolution of your scope and focus as we grow together.
Requirements
Real Life Experience. You have at least 3 years of experience as a Growth Product Manager or an equivalent role in the IT industry.
Ability to get things done. You have a track record of shipping products that make a difference in the user’s lives.
Data-driven. You love a good experiment, know your way around metrics, and focus on what truly moves the needle.
Strategic thinking. You are able to spot leverage points for our business and tune them effectively to drive change.
Bias towards action. You like to move fast, work iteratively, and view every experiment as a chance to learn.
Clear communication. You’re a believer in clear and concise communication to ensure everyone’s on the same page.
