You define and iterate waterdrop’s global Paid Social strategy around all relevant channels (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest etc.) covering full-funnel media buying, creative production, CRO and impact measurement
You develop and grow the existing team following the vision of building a world class Paid Social team driving sustainable business impact in 10+ markets on multiple continents
You own a large monthly budget which you allocate across markets and channels with the goal to maximise ROI supported by deep data insights and continuous incrementality testing
You build the creative strategy and ensure a continuous production flow of impactful, localised and innovative ad concepts to stay ahead of the curve
You collaborate cross-functionally with a multitude of stakeholders including the Social Media community, copywriting, brand design and data teams
You build a close relationship with the representatives of our advertising partners to ensure we get the best possible support and early access to innovative projects
You support building waterdrop’s multi-channel strategy by identifying strategic solutions to drive efficient measures directed at our offline sales channels
You are a proven expert in Social Media advertising with 5+ years of both hands-on operational and first leadership experience on client- or agency-side
You support a modern understanding of leadership, work with agile methods, involve your employees in decision-making and promote their professional development
Media buying tools such as the Meta/TikTok ads manager as well as data analysis/visualisation tools like Google Analytics or Looker Studio are your home turf
You have worked with project & communication management tools like Slack, Asana, Confluence as well as design tools like Figma, XD or Canva.
You combine a creative and analytical thinking with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
You have a can-do attitude, enjoy “getting your hands dirty” as well as challenging the status quo
You enjoy regularly exchanging with peers from within and outside of the organisation to identify synergies and opportunities which help to unlock additional growth
